We have long known that Samsung is using a raindrop-style camera array on the back of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. The company has opted for a design where each sensor protrudes out of the back panel individually rather than housing them all in a huge camera island. This makes for an elegant look. The latest leak gives us a clearer view of this design (see the featured image above). As far as the camera specs are concerned, we are looking at a 108-megapixel primary camera here. It boasts OIS (optical image stabilization), PDAF (phase detection autofocus), and laser autofocus. The main camera is flanked by a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3X zoom, and a 10-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 10X zoom. The front-facing camera is a 40-megapixel sensor and comes with autofocus. You can find more details about the Galaxy S22 Ultra in our Preview.

All three Galaxy S22 models will be available in four color variants

The latest leak shows the Galaxy S22 Ultra in the burgundy red color variant. The phone will also come in gray, green, and white colors. The vanilla Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, meanwhile, will come in green, pink gold, black, and white colors. Recent reports suggest a Bespoke Edition Galaxy S22 could be on the way too. While we have been seeing Samsung release Bespoke refrigerators for some time now, the company has so far given the special color treatment to only one smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 last year. The foldable is available in as many as 49 different color combinations. Perhaps it was a successful trial and the Korean giant wants to follow up this year. We should get to know that soon. Samsung has already confirmed that the Galaxy S22 trio will go official at its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 9. The Galaxy Tab S8 series will also break cover at this event. Stay tuned for more information regarding the upcoming Samsung flagships.
