Get a closer look at the OnePlus Ace ahead of launch
There’s been no dearth of OnePlus Ace leaks lately. The device even appeared in a hands-on video and some real-life images earlier this week. The company has also already published the press renders of the phone, which will go official in China on April 21st. The global version will arrive a week later with the OnePlus 10R moniker. The leaked render now gives us a closer and clearer look at the phone. As you can see in the attached image below, the OnePlus Ace sports a flat display with minimal bezels and a punch-hole at the center. The device also flaunts flat edges with the power button on the right and volume controls on the left. The OnePlus Ace has its rear camera module extending from the edge. It has three cameras and an LED flash sitting inside this housing. Reports suggest we are looking at a 50-megapixel primary camera. OnePlus has given the phone a unique look with multiple vertical lines below the camera module. The device will come in black and blue colors. Other rumored OnePlus Ace specs include a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, a 6.7-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 4,500mAh battery with a staggering 150W wired charging. This is the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite
As said earlier, the OnePlus 10R will be accompanied by the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite when it launches later this month. The latter is a mid-range offering and that’s evident from the phone’s design. This phone has bigger bezels around the display, with the punch-hole moving to the left. The rear design also doesn’t look premium even though OnePlus has tried to give some style elements to the camera module. The leaked render that you can see below suggests the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The April 28 launch event will also see OnePlus launch a new pair of TWS (true wireless) earbuds. Based on the company’s teaser, we are expecting the OnePlus Nord Buds. We will find out soon.
