This Galaxy S22 leak shows the RAM and colors

So far, we’ve gotten a lot of information on this trio of phones, and more just keeps pouring in. Samsung’s phone release schedule has been weird for a few years as the company was bringing in its foldables and retiring its Note line. Now, we’re expecting the Galaxy S22 phones to be revealed sometime in January. Ahead of the launch, we just got some useful information on these phones. The leak shows us how much RAM, storage, and color options these phones might have. The base Galaxy S22 will come with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The colors are Pink Gold, Green, Black, and White. For the Galaxy S22+, it looks like it will share the same RAM, storage, and color options as the base model. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is where we see some differences. There will be a model with 12GB with 128GB of storage and one will have 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. The top-tier model will have 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The colors will be Dark Red, Black, and White.

Other rumored specs: Galaxy S22 base model

The base model Galaxy S22 is expected to be the smallest of the trio with a rumored 6.02-inch display at either FHD+ or QHD+ resolution. Based on previous rumors, this variant is expected to have either 128GB or 256GB of storage. It’s expected to run both the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and Samsung’s own Exynos 2200 SoC. The battery may be a relatively small 3,700mAh battery and it’s expected to have IP68 water and dust resistance.

Galaxy S22+

The Galaxy S22+ is rumored to have a bigger 6.55-inch display and it will most likely be at QHD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. It may have either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. Keeping the lights on might be a 4,700mAh battery.

Galaxy S22 Ultra

At the top of the pecking order, the Galaxy S22 is expected to have a large 6.8-inch display with curved edges. Rumor has it that this phone will run at 120Hz and have a variable refresh rate. It’s expected to have 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, but we might even get a 1TB model. The phone is also expected to have a 5,000mAh battery.
