It’s also great for portability. Which makes it the perfect keyboard for anyone who travels to LAN events or simply brings their desktop places to play games. Or maybe you have a gaming laptop but you prefer an external keyboard to the one on the laptop. A TKL keyboard is going to be easier to stuff in your backpack. Leaving you more room for other things. In addition to saving space, the Alienware AW420K also comes with a detachable paracord cable to make storage and portability even easier. No wrapping up cables for you with this thing. What’s really neat is the integrated cable routing on the underside of the keyboard. With this you can direct the cable to whatever side you want it to be on – left, right, or center. It also uses CHERRY MX Red switches and incorporates Alienware’s AlienFX RGB lighting on a per key basis. Meaning every key is lit up individually.

The Alienware AW420K TKL gaming keyboard retails for $149.99

If you’re looking to freshen up your gaming setup and you’re in the US, Alienware says the keyboard is available from today, October 21, and it retails for $149.99. The keyboard should be available directly from Alienware at the Dell website. At the moment though a listing for doesn’t appear to be live. As for colorways, the AW420K only comes in Dark Side Of The Moon and not in Lunar Light. But, Alienware does offer some of its other accessories in both colors. So there may be a chance a Lunar Light version of this keyboard will launch in the future.
